Mobile sludge filter press for separation of drilling and cutting muds into water and solids
The sludge filter press SFP8 “Slurryfox” contributes to the environmentally compatible disposal of drilling and cutting mud.
The disposal of mud is done in pressed form as construction waste.
The filtered water can be reused for drilling and cutting.
Other features
- The GÖLZ-SFP8 consists of five elements: the collection chamber, the chamber filter press, the machine unit for the stirrer, the electrical control unit and an air compressor.
- The effective arrangement in confined space allows transport on a standard Euro pallet.
- Sawing and drilling with diamond tools automatically causes mud. The water is used for cooling the tools and at the same time for irrigation and removal of slug from the drilling and cutting area.
- All components are coordinated so that the best possible filtering result is achieved.
The stirring unit in the collection tank keeps the mixture in an equal consistency. |
Compressed chamber filter press. The chambers are filled after about 15 to 20 minutes during normal operation. |
The generated filter cakes can be removed from the filter unit after pressure relief. |
The filter cake can be disposed as construction waste. |
